MyTube is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
1. MyTube original materials
The following are original to MyTube and created for this project: the MyTube name and branding, the MyTube logo artwork, the MyTube user interface design, the MyTube source code (frontend and backend), and the MyTube documentation.
2. YouTube and creator content
All videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, channel branding, and other content displayed inside MyTube belong to their original YouTube creators and rights holders. MyTube does not claim ownership of YouTube videos, thumbnails, channels, or creator content. MyTube simply helps you organize and study content you already have access to on YouTube.
3. YouTube / Google trademarks
YouTube, the YouTube logo, and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. Their use or reference within MyTube is solely to describe interoperability with the YouTube platform, and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
4. Open-source and third-party software
MyTube is built using the YouTube Data API and YouTube IFrame Player provided by Google/YouTube, along with standard open-source libraries and tools common to modern web and Android development. These remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their respective licenses.
5. Content responsibility
MyTube is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party YouTube videos accessed through the app. Responsibility for that content rests with the original creators and with YouTube/Google.
6. Credits
MyTube is designed, built, and maintained by Shivam Kumar Yadav as an independent study tool for students.
